Fromaggio is about a total experience. It’s all about cheese and the amazing adventures you can create with cheese, wine, and foods.  It’s about education and fun.  It’s impossible not to be seduced by the array of cheeses  found at Fromaggio from local and global artisans. In addition Fromaggio also carries gourmet food items and can put together epicurean gift baskets that are not readily available anywhere else in the valley. 

Timi Starkweather, the creator of Fromaggio, lives in Manson with her husband.  She moved here from Redmond, Washington in 2004 and immediately became involved in the community.  She has 5 grown children and 9 grandchildren.  Timi has a passion for educating and has been involved in culinary activities all her life.  She still enjoys making believers of the non-culinary arena. She has worked in recipe product and recipe development for the American Heart Association and American Cancer Associations.
